PRINCIPAL FUNCTION: 

The Senior Pastor is responsible for leading the church to function as a New Testament church and for providing vision and overall direction and administration of all church ministries, operations, programs, and services; for providing leadership and nourishment for the church; and for using his spiritual gifts and skills in proclamation and ministerial care in meeting the needs of persons in the church and community.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

The Senior Pastor must be a professing Christian who exhibits an exemplary lifestyle and personal habits as exemplified in 1 Timothy 3:1-7. He will give evidence of a call to vocational ministry and will seek to develop and exercise one’s gifts and abilities through which God prepared him for ministry.
